As mentioned, the Talent Trickle Down Effect is helping grow college hockey.  Despite the growth, Division I programs are far from equal in terms of talent.As more Division I players come from the CHL, Division III hockey talent gets better.  If there were a tournament between some of the smaller Division I and high caliber Division III schools, how would you set it up?
