One of the most sought after College free agents has officially signed an NHL deal. The San Jose Sharks are the lucky team to have inked Collin Graf to a deal.
Graf has rumored to have had about 20 NHL wanting to sign him but the young forward from Quinnipiac University chose to sign with the San Jose Sharks.
The 21-year-old forward has taken an interesting path to the NHL. During his draft year in 2020-21, he was playing for the Boston Jr. Bruins of the NCDC. Then he went on to play for Union College before he transferred to Quinnipiac.
In his first season with Quinnipiac, Graf put ip 21 goals and 59 points in 41 games and helped the Bobcats win the National Championship. In his second season, Graft recorded 22 goals and 49 points and has now signed with the Sharks instead of returning for his junior season.
