Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports - Maine's Harrison Scott to attend Vegas Golden Knights development camp

Maine junior forward Harrison Scott will attend development camp with the Vegas Golden Knights, Mark Divver reported this past week.

Scott, a native of San Jose, Calif., just wrapped up his first season with the Black Bears where he scored 15 goals and added 12 assists for 27 points in 37 games. Before attending Maine, Scott spent two years at Bentley University where he had 26 points in 65 games.

Prior to joining the NCAA, Scott played junior hockey in the NAHL (Austin Bruins & Amarillo Bulls) and the BCHL (Wenatchee Wild).

As Scott gets ready to head to Vegas, he will have the opportunity to impress Vegas management and earn an entry-level deal. Even if he doesn't earn a contract, he will be one to watch in his senior season with the Black Bears.
