The University of Minnesota has received a commitment from forward Mason Moe, it was announced on social media Thursday.
A product of Eden Prairie, Minn., Moe has spent time with both the USHL's Madison Capitols and the U.S. NTDP this season. In two games with the NTDP U18, he has scored three goals. With Madison, Moe has collected two goals and four points in eight games
Before making the transition to juniors full time this year, Moe spent parts of two seasons playing for Eden Prairie High, putting up 67 points in 53 games.
Although he won't step foot on campus until 2026, Moe is a solid get for the Gophers. A skilled forward who can play both a physical and skilled game, Moe has the ability to make an impact at both ends of the ice and should be an immediate difference maker for the Gophers.
