The team was voted on by local and national media

The National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) released their 2024-25 Preseason All-Conference Team Tuesday.

The team, which consists of six players, was.voted on by media members who cover each team as well as national college media.

Those who were named to the team include Colorado College forward Noah Laba and goaltender Kaidan Mbereko, North Dakota forward Cameron Berg and defenseman Jake Livanavage as well as Denver forward Jack Devine and defender Zeev Buium.

Helping lead their team to another national championship, Devine and Buium were critical to the Pioneers' success last season. Finishing one and two in team scoring, Devine collected 56 points in 44 games while Buium put up 50 in 42.

Similar to Devine and Buium, Livanavage and Berg were also high up on their team's scoring list. A New York Islanders prospect, Berg finished third in team scoring with 20 goals and 17 assists for 37 points in 40 games. A freshman for the Fighting Hawks, Livanavage led Fighting Hawk defensemen in points with 29.

Rounding out the list with the Tigers, Mbereko and Laba were also critical to their team's success. A New York Rangers prospect, Laba finished first on the team with 37 points while Mbereko posted a .915 SV% in 37 appearances.

With everyone listed having shown the ability to take over a game, the 2024-25 NCHC season should be a fun one to watch.
