Cloutier is currently playing for South Kent School 18U Prep

Scout Kent School 18U Prep forward Rafael Cloutier has committed to Clarkson, it was announced late last week.
Cloutier, who hails from Point-Fortune, Que., has played in 28 games for the team in 2024-25, scoring 13 goals and adding 27 assists for 40 points. Having played for South Kent's 16U team last season, he put up 65 points in 50 games.
Although Cloutier has not been drafted into any junior leagues, he could be an intriguing option for anyone looking for a potential scoring boost.
With Cloutier scheduled to join the Golden Knights in 2026, he will have the opportunity to make the jump to juniors before heading off to the NCAA. A skilled player who doesn't need much space to create, Cloutier could be an under the radar pick-up for Clarkson.
