    Medicine Hat Tigers forward Ryder Ritchie has committed to Boston University, it was announced on Thursday.

    A native of Calgary, AB, Ritchie recorded 61 points (29 goals, 32 assists) in 53 regular-season games for the Tigers in 2024-25.

    Ritchie was selected by the Minnesota Wild in the second round, 45th overall, in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

    A 2006-born skater, Ritchie will now make the jump to the NCAA and join the Terriers for the 2025-26 season.
