Klimek played in England last season

The South Carolina Stingrays (ECHL) have signed former Northern Michigan defenseman Jordan Klimek to a one-year deal, the team announced this past week.
Hailing from Langley, B.C., Klimek spent last season playing in England for the Guildford Flames (EIHL) where he collected four goals and 11 assists for 15 points in 53 regular season games. He added a further two points in four playoff games.
Before turning pro in 2018, Klimek spent four seasons playing for the Wildcats, putting up 43 points in 157 games from the backend.
With Klimek returning to North America, this will be his second time playing for the Stingrays. Having suited up for the team between 2019-2021, Klimek will add a solid dynamic to the Stingrays lineup for 2024-25.
