A product of Yaroslavl, Russia and the younger brother of Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Ivan Provorov, Vladimir is currently playing for the New Jersey Rockets 16U. Through 12 games played this season, Provorov has collected eight goals and 22 assists for 30 points. Having come to the U.S. during the 2023-24 season, Provorov split time last year between the Rockets and the Russian U16 tier.
