I don’t agree with Yetis. The Yeti is a mystical creature much more identified to a much more wintery and cold location than Utah state.

I think that a the name of a team should represent something specific to the state of Utah like:

Utah Canyons

Utah Goats

(fearless mountain goats). I can pictured a goat on the top of a peak.

and so on. There are many more names more specific to the state of Utah
