New Jersey (42-19-3) at NY Islanders (20-37-7), 2:00 p.m. EST

UNIONDALE, New York (Ticker) -- It has become a matter of when,

not if, New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur will break

    Patrick Roy's record.

Brodeur will be seeking his 549th career win on Saturday when

the Devils visit the New York Islanders.

The future Hall-of-Famer needs three more victories to match

    Roy's all-time record of 551 wins.

In four contests since returning from elbow surgery that forced

him to miss 50 games, Brodeur is unbeaten with two shutouts and

    has allowed just four goals.

With 100 shutouts for his career, Brodeur also is three shy of

    tying Terry Sawchuk's all-time mark.

Another blanking isn't out of the question as the Islanders

    enter with a league-low 153 goals.
