David Carle and Mitch Love are solid candidates to be rookie NHL head coaches for teams that are able to give them a shot in their competitive stages. I also wonder why Gerard Gallant hasn't gotten another coaching position yet after leading Vegas to the Cup final in their inaugural year and the Rangers to the conference finals a couple of seasons ago.
