How Many Points Will Ivan Demidov Record Next Season?

With high expectations entering his first full NHL season, Ivan Demidov lived up to the hype.

The 20-year-old led all rookies in scoring with 19 goals and 62 points as a member of the Montreal Canadiens.

Demidov was rewarded for his efforts, signing an eight-year, $73.2 million extension on July 1.

While that extension won't kick in until the 2027-28 season, expectations are only going to grow with the Canadiens making such a large commitment.
