Having won their first Global Series game in Stockholm yesterday, Nashville continued practicing immediately the following morning. Both the Predators and the Penguins held practices open to fans at the weekend's venue, Avicii Arena. Thousands of supporters had arrived to watch the NHL stars train.

The practice started with a team photo. Host Wayne D, as usual, hyped up the fans for cheering. While the rest of the team gathered at center ice for the photograph taken by John Russell, Filip Forsberg was still signing autographs. Not everyone managed to get an autograph from Filip, but luckily he was distributing them again in the city after practice. A local sports store held a private event where only Filip Forsberg was present.
Once the pictures were taken, the team began to practice. Steven Stamkos was taking wrist shots as powerful as the day before, and in the net, Juuse Saros played brilliantly. One small, funny coincidence happened during practice when I noticed Barry Trotz sitting next to me. I went over to talk and mentioned I was from Finland. Barry was very polite and happy to chat about hockey. We talked a lot about Finnish players, such as Erik Haula and Joakim Kemell.

After practice, the players once again handed out autographs, and the mascot Gnash tossed fan gear into the audience. The team received thunderous applause from supporters who had arrived from all over Finland and Sweden!
