When , l ask myself as a long suffering hawk fan , does the gathering of assets stop , and a team is iced ,that is not made up of some new talent surrounded by players that are not. It is such a waste of time ,but l think Davidson loves to tinker, when does the substance begin? Mind you with Bowman as G.M it certainly is not all his fault. Another question for the masses , why would Edmonton hire him ? Anyway that is another story. l am waiting for the off season, and see what he has planned. You know who l feel sorry for is the fans who shell out big bucks for an A.H.L team at best , how patient should they be . The Spin doctors say Bedard is the next one , and they are going to pay him like he is elite already , he is clearly not , he is not a Kane , he is not a Toews. he is not even a Bickel, these are players that are winners they earned their big pay cheques , he has not won anything.  Patrick Sharp tough playoff performer , what is the matter with this league, something has gone off, win then get paid , do not get paid and hope you win.
