
The 2027 NHL All-Star Game will feature a new format:
- Five teams: Canada, Finland, Sweden, the United States and Rest of World
- Each team will have nine skaters and two goalies
- Each team will play four five-minute games in a round-robin tournament. Two points for a win, one for a tie, zero for a loss.
- The top two teams will play a 10-minute final. The winning team wins $2 million.
The All-Star Skills competition will spotlight 10 players aged 25 or younger as well.
