It must have been difficult for Lightning fans to see Steven Stamkos wearing Predators' colors. Here are five other NHL stars who looked weird in another uniform.

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld once compared being a sports fan to cheering for laundry. He's right, but for people who are as invested in their teams as NHL fans, that laundry means something.

That's why it must have been so difficult for fans of the Tampa Bay Lightning to see Steven Stamkos in a Nashville Predators sweater – yeah, I said sweater because it's a sweater and not a jersey – on Tuesday.

But they aren't the only ones who needed some time to adjust. There are many players who looked weird in other uniforms, whether it was Mike Modano and Daniel Alfredsson with the Detroit Red Wings, Guy Lafleur with the New York Rangers and Quebec Nordiques or Jarome Iginla in anything but a Calgary Flames sweater. 

But that's definitely not all. Here's my list of five guys in NHL history who looked really weird in other teams' uniforms in the video below:
