Maple Leafs assign Jiri Tlusty, Staffan Kronwall to AHL Marlies

TORONTO - The Toronto Maple Leafs assigned forward Jiri Tlusty and defenceman Staffan Kronwall to their AHL affiliate on Wednesday.

Tlusty played 13 games for the Maple Leafs and collected five points (3-2). Kronwall was held pointless in 10 NHL games while registering two penalty minutes.

Both players have also spent time with the AHL's Toronto Marlies this season.
