New York Rangers unveil 85th anniversary heritage jersey

The 2010-11 hockey season marks the 85th Anniversary of the New York Rangers franchise. In honor of this milestone, the Rangers unveiled a new heritage jersey Friday.

The Rangers will wear the new jersey for the first time on Wednesday, Nov. 17 against the Boston Bruins.

In the future, the team will wear the jersey when they play one of the other Original Six teams and during Sunday home games.
