    In the first three games in the AHL after being sent down by the Edmonton Oilers, Jack Campbell looked broken. He was porous for the Bakersfield Condors, looked small in the net and didn't have a shred of confidence.

    Slowly but surely, Campbell has come back from that bad place, and he's very happy with where his game is and where his mindset is. It took a trip to the AHL, but Campbell has finally learned not to be so hard on himself. 

    "I used to beat myself up so badly,"  Campbell said after backing up Olivier Rodrigue in Bakersfield's 3-2 overtime win over the Coachella Valley Thunderbirds Friday night.

    "He's back to being a goalie," said Condors GM Keith Gretzky. "He's been a complete pro."
