Ottawa youth thank Senators GM Bryan Murray in touching video

When Bryan Murray came forward with his cancer diagnosis, he had one singular message: do not be afraid to get checked. Your health is worth it.

The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation released a video this past week of several Ottawa youth hockey players taking part in a skate and talking about their experiences with the disease. The touching video has the kids telling Murray to keep fighting while others talk about how he has already made a positive impact in cancer awareness:

Murray revealed his battle with cancer on Nov. 13 in a very emotional piece on TSN. Since revealing his diagnosis, Murray has been a very vocal supporter of getting regular prostate exams.
