- Joe Ernst joins the show. He's the senior VP of hockey operations in the ECHL and has been in the league in some capacity for 32 years. He talks about the state of the league, trying out the two-referee system, how he hands out supplemental discipline and more.
- Carson Focht of the Kalamazoo Wings is the prospect of the week. He is the only Vancouver-contracted player in the ECHL at the moment. But Kalamazoo is an affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets and Cleveland Monsters, so why's Focht there?
- The Utah Grizzlies are the team of the week. They are the affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Eagles, and they have the reigning goaltender of the week in Trent Miner, who's only 21 years old and has time to develop as in the Avalanche's system.
