The Detroit Red Wings have signed winger David Perron to a two-year deal worth $4.75-million AAV deal.

The Best Offer Sheet Candidates for NHL Free Agency

The Detroit Red Wings have signed winger David Perron to a two-year deal worth $4.75-million AAV deal.

Perron once again showed he isn't slowing down, scoring 57 points in 67 games before becoming St. Louis' most valuable forward during the playoffs.

Perron has 665 games over his career with St. Louis, Edmonton, Pittsburgh, Anaheim and Vegas. Funny enough, Perron has left the Blues on two other occasions, but came back after stints elsewhere around the league.

At 34, you can bet Perron will likely find a way back home soon, but he'll be a key piece of Detroit's resurgence next season.
