Julius Hudacek is becoming somewhat of a star in Sweden and it has just as much to do with his post-game celebrations as it does with his goaltending.

Hudacek, 26, is in his first season with Orebro HK, and though his 2.10 goals-against average and .921 save percentage are making him a fan favorite in goal, what has rocketed him to SHL stardom is his knack for entertaining the crowd after a victory. It was no different on Thursday when, after a victory over Frolunda, Hudacek put on another patented #HudaShow:

For those who may have never heard the song or seen the dance before, that’s the international smash hit Macarena, one of those songs that for no good reason became a chart-topper and stayed there for way too long.

Hudacek’s post-game celebrations thus far have included sitting on top of the net to lead the crowd in a cheer after a win against Farjestad, riding his stick like a surfboard after downing Linkoping, pretending to kayak down ice after a win over Lulea, “ice fishing” after beating Djurgarden, and, best of all, a fun display of leap frog with fellow goaltender Henrik Lundberg after a win over Brynas.

The netminder has appeared internationally for his native Slovakia, including a nod as a top-3 player on the Slovakian squad in the 2007-08 World Junior Championship and a silver medal at the 2011-12 World Championship.
