    Anaheim (30-28-5) at Dallas (29-27-4), 3:00 p.m. EST

DALLAS (Ticker) -- The Dallas Stars' scoring woes are proving

costly in the tight Western Conference.

Looking to snap a three-game skid, the struggling Stars host the

Anaheim Ducks on Saturday in a battle of Pacific Division

    rivals.

In Thursday's 3-1 setback to the St. Louis Blues, Marty Turco

stopped 19 shots and Jere Lehtinen netted the lone goal for

Dallas, which has managed just two goals in its current swoon.

The Stars are tied with Minnesota, Edmonton and Anaheim for the

seventh and eighth spots in the West.

The Ducks, meanwhile, are coming off one of their worst outings

of the season, a 6-0 drubbing at the hands of the Boston Bruins

    on Thursday.

All-Star Jean-Sebastien Giguere turned aside only five of eight

shots before he was replaced by Jonas Hiller, who finished with

    16 saves.

Anaheim has dropped four of its last six and has been outscored,

    27-17, over that span.
