Three-dimensional pre-game videos have become more commonplace throughout hockey, but it’s going to be hard to top the Toronto Marlies’ Lego-themed show.

Broadcast across the ice before the Marlies game Monday afternoon against the Binghamton Senators, the ice show is backed by Tegan and Sara’s “Everything Is Awesome,” the theme song from the Lego movie. From start to finish, the show is outstanding.

One of the best parts is when the Lego figures skate out onto the ice at the 20-second mark, and the “Let’s Go Marlies” graphic on the ice really pops in 3D.

Monday’s game, which is taking place on Family Day, a provincial holiday in Ontario, is being played at the Air Canada Center instead of at Toronto’s usual home rink, the Ricoh Coliseum.

The Marlies are fourth in the North Division and 12th in the Western Conference with 49 points in 48 games.
