Ryan Strome is coming off a career year with the Niagara IceDogs, setting new highs in goals (33), assists (73) and points (106). His impressive numbers propelled the Mississauga, Ont., native into the spotlight at the perfect time, as Strome is eligible for this year’s NHL draft, where he is expected to be picked in the top 10.

THN’s Ryan Kennedy caught up with the 17-year-old center who was at the OHL final in Mississauga to discuss Strome’s stellar sophomore campaign, the upcoming draft combine and what he expects to see in the Rogers OHL Championship between the Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors and the Owen Sound Attack.
