The Stanley Cup final between the Vegas Golden Knights and Florida Panthers begins on Saturday, June 3.
Now that we know who the Florida Panthers are facing in the Stanley Cup final, the final round of the NHL playoffs begins on Saturday in Las Vegas.
After the Dallas Stars forced a Game 6 in the Western Conference final last Saturday, the NHL confirmed that Game 1 of the Cup final would start on June 3. The Vegas Golden Knights wrapped up the series on Monday night, and they will have home-ice advantage in the final.
After Game 1, T-Mobile Arena also hosts Game 2 on Monday, June 5. The series then shifts to FLA Live Arena in Sunrise for Games 3 and 4 on Thursday, June 8, and Saturday, June 10, respectively.
If necessary, Game 5 is scheduled for Tuesday, June 13 in Vegas. Game 6 is slotted for Friday, June 16, in Florida, and the final possible game of the Stanley Cup playoffs is Game 7 on Monday, June 19, in Vegas.
All start times are 8 p.m. ET.
TNT, truTV, Sportsnet, CBC and TVA Sports will have coverage of the entire Stanley Cup final. TBS is also expected to cover every game except a potential Game 5.
