The Arizona Coyotes have reportedly traded Jason Zucker to the Nashville Predators according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.
According to PHNX Sports' Craig Morgan, the Coyotes are receiving a 2024 sixth-round pick and will not retain any of his salary salary.
Through 51 games with the Coyotes this season, Zucker has nine goals, 16 assists and 25 points while playing 14:02 minutes per game.
The Predators have played themselves right into the wild card hunt in the Western Conference and Zucker will add forward depth to help them push for the playoffs.
The 32-year-old signed a one-year $5.3 million contract with the Coyotes last summer and will become unrestricted this upcoming offseason.
