Bruins Recognize Marchand For 4 Nations Championship

BOSTON – The Boston Bruins recognized captain Brad Marchand during a television timeout in the first period for his recent 4 Nations Face-Off championship with Canada. 

A brief video of Canada’s captain Sidney Crosby handing Marchand the trophy was shown on the video board at TD Garden. He was then shown on the bench as his Bruins teammates stood and honored their captain with a stick tap on the boards. Fans added a nice ovation for Marchand, who waved to the crowd. 

It’s evident he played at an elite level the past two weeks because he’s flying around the ice tonight while the other players are regaining their game shape.
