The Buffalo Sabres intend on being a playoff team next season -- but they're going to be in the toughest division in the NHL in the Atlantic Division. And most of their games will be against Atlantic teams. As such, we've been breaking down Buffalo's chances against each Atlantic team, starting with the Boston Bruins, then moving onto the Detroit Red Wings. And in the latest file in the series, we turned our attention to the defending Stanley Cup-champion Florida Panthers.
But we want to know -- do you think the Sabres can emerge victorious in any of the four regular-season games Buffalo will play against Florida next season? The Sabres had a tough go of it against the Panthers in four games this past year, and Florida more or less is at least as good as they were last season. So it's going to be a tall order indeed for Buffalo to change things and send the Panthers into the loss column more often than not.
That said, let us know if you feel differently about the rivalry between the two teams. Your opinion matters in the THN.com community. And don't be afraid to register as a THN community member. Your voice counts, and we want to hear it.
