Rochester native and Toronto Blue Jays utility infielder Ernie Clement is a big Buffalo Sabres fan, and believes that he has something to do with the club's December turnaround. 

Clement banged the pre-game drum at the Sabres 5-3 victory over Philadelphia on December 18. Since that point, the Sabres have had the NHL's best record at 35-9-5.
