In a recent article from Sabre Noise, they suggested that the Connor McDavid extension with the Edmonton Oilers, has fans unhappy.

The article talks about the fact that the Buffalo Sabres had  20% to land the first overall pick in the 2015 NHL Draft. However, still managed to lose to the lottery to the Oilers, who would go on to draft McDavid and the rest is history.

Obviously, drafting McDavid would have drastically changed the future of the organization. So, do the Sabres have a right to be angry about this?
