Who is the best #43 in Sabres history?

The Buffalo Sabres are in their 56th season and have a storied history. The club has 15 players who have been inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, and many others who deserve recognition. Over the next few weeks, we will be looking at players in Sabres history by their jersey number, ranking the top two players to wear that particular number.
The top two who wore #43 in team history are: Jason Dawe and Martin Biron
Dawe was a Sabres second-round pick in 1991 and debuted as a 20-year-old in 1993. He played five seasons in Buffalo, scoring 20 or more goals the last three years before being traded to the NY Islanders for Paul Kruse and Jason Holland in 1998. Biron was a first-rounder in 1995 and took over as the Sabres primary starting goalie after Dominik Hasek was dealt to Detroit in 2001. In nine years with the Sabres, he was fourth in wins in club history behind Ryan Miller, Hasek, and Don Edwards with 134 victories.
