Carolina Hurricanes forward Jordan Martinook is celebrating his 33rd birthday today.
The veteran forward has accumulated 720 games of NHL experience, including spending the last seven seasons with the Canes.
For his career, Martinook has 95 goals and 233 points in the regular season along with eight goals and 33 points in 76 postseason appearances.
The Hurricanes alternate captain has been a key component of the franchise's turnaround with not only his strong, two-way play, but also his vocal leadership.
