Ever since he joined the team in 2016, Teuvo Teravainen has been one of Carolina's best players.
The Finnish winger is known for his elite vision and passing, having had four 60+ point seasons with the Hurricanes, but he's been changing things up a bit this season as he's paced the team in scoring with 10 goals in 21 games.
And in his eighth season and 500th game in Carolina, Teravainen has immortalized himself with yet another spot in the franchise record book.
With an assist on Jesperi Kotkaniemi's empty net goal on Tuesday, Teravainen earned his 378th career point as a Carolina Hurricane, moving himself into sole possession for the 10th most points in franchise history.
He had previously been in a tie with former Hartford Whaler forward Blaine Stoughton heading into Tuesday's game.
Teravainen won't have to wait long to continue his climb either as he now sits just one point back of Jeff Skinner for ninth most points in franchise history (379).
Teravainen also currently sits sixth all-time for assists in franchise history with 255.
The Finnish forward is in the last year of his deal, so this season could be his last shot at climbing a few more places in the record book, but if an extension can be reached, he could very easily wind up as a top-five player for both assists and points.
