




The Chicago Blackhawks have the No. 2 selection in the 2024 NHL Draft. General manager Kyle Davidson has said the team will select the best player available, regardless of position. But the Blackhawks have several top defenseman prospects — led by Wyatt Kaiser, Ethan Del Mastro and Nolan Allan — who are on the cusp of moving up from the AHL to the NHL.
The Blackhawks have some solid forward prospects as well, led by Oliver Moore and Frank Nazar. Nazar made his NHL debut in April. Moore, the No. 1 prospect in the system per THN's 2024 Future Watch, will return to the University of Minnesota for a sophomore season.
