Ryan Greene graduated to pro hockey following the end of his 2024-25 season at Boston University. While he was at B.U., he wore sweater number nine.
Now that Greene is gone, Blackhawks prospect Sacha Boisvert took the number, as the team announced on Tuesday.

Boisvert is transferring to B.U. from North Dakota, so he made the "new numbers list" ahead of the 2025-26 season beginning.
