A 20-goal scorer last year, Raddysh hasn't connected in 41 games for Chicago. Colin Blackwell returns from upper-body injury.

Taylor Raddysh, who hasn't scored in 41 games, was a healthy scratch for the Blackhawks on Saturday afternoon as they hosted the Dallas Stars.

Raddysh, one of only two 20-goal scorers from Chicago's 2022-23 team, hasn't connected since Dec. 14 at Seattle. The 26-year-old native of Georgetown, Ontario has seven assists and 63 shots on goal in the span.
For the season, Raddysh has five goals and nine assists and is a minus-17 on team with a minus-96 goal differential entering Saturday. Last year, he had 20 goals and 37 points in 78 games.
Coach Luke Richardson hasn't been upset with the overall play of the 6-foot-3, 198-pound winger, calling him "responsible defensively." Raddysh adds a solid phsyical presence as well.
"We know he's been struggling offensively and it hasn't been going in for him," Richardson said. "And we have numbers (healthy players) now and that's just the name of the game in pro hockey.
"Sometimes watching a game, it lights a fire sometimes and it gets someone just over that hump. So hopefully it does that or him."
Spark plug winger Colin Blackwell will return to the lineup after missing six games with an upper-body injury. The 31-year-old is Chicago's Masterton Trophy nominee. See story in link.
NHL leading rookie scorer Connor Bedard will remain on a line with center Jason Dickinson and Philipp Kurashev, as least to start the game.
Bedard also is a center, but slides to the wing on the trio as the three forwards communicat and read off each other. See story.
