Sam Girard Returns
Oct 1, 2026 7:16 PM
Former Colorado Avalanche defenseman Sam Girard was the Sammy G of old.
Traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins last season, the 2022 Stanley Cup champion picked up two assists and also had two shots on net as the Pens picked up a 7-0 win over the Philadelphia Flyers in their season opener on the road.
Anyone miss Sammy?
