The Blue Jackets and Kings play the final game of the season series on Saturday night at Nationwide Arena

The LA Kings are in Columbus tonight to play the CBJ in what will be the Jackets last game until January 30th.

The Kings come into this game having gone 6-4 in their last 10, and beating the Florida Panthers on Wednesday night at Staples Center.

The Kings are a pretty good road team at 11-11-4, but the Blue Jackets are an even better home team at 16-5-3.

The last time the Kings were in Columbus back in December of 2023, the Kings erased a three-goal deficit in the third period and then won it in overtime to record their 10th straight road victory, embarrassing the Blue Jackets at home. But this is a different CBJ team and they will be looking for revenge this time around.

The Kings are extremely stingy in giving up goals, ranking first in the league, but the Jackets are one of the top-scoring teams at home. So, this could be a very good game.
