Forward Gavin Brindley and defenseman Daemon Hunt are trying to solidify their spots in the lineup permanently. Brindley has 11 points in 16 games and has points in four of his last five games. Meanwhile, after being traded to Columbus from Minnesota, Hunt has 8 points in 14 games with the Monsters. Owen Sillinger is also having an excellent season so far. Through 34 games, he has 8 goals and 25 points. He had a career-high of 40 points in 69 games last season, so he's looking to blow by that number fairly easily if he keeps up this pace.
