Jim Nill Interview, Part Six: On Stars' Players At Four Nations Face-Off Recent reports suggest that the Dallas Stars may opt to be more aggressive after the possiblity of listing Tyler Seguin on long-term injury reserve arises. This gives them many options and ways to go for a top six centre as the lost of Seguin will leave a sizeable hole in the lineup that needs to be filled. Stankoven likely won't be dealt anywhere as he's established himself as a key part of the Stars lineup but Bourque and Bichsel haven't spent a significant amount of time with the big league club and could be dealt in a bigger deal. Some suggestions thrown out for Seguin replacements are New York's Brock Nelson and San Jose's Mikael Granlund, who are both on the final years of their current contracts and are both difference makers for their teams with Granlund averaging over a point per game. Seguin recorded 20 points in 19 games so far this season and someone as hot as Granlund could seamlessly reinsert some of that missing offence. The Sharks top line winger has ten goals and 20 assists for 30 points in 28 games this season. The Stars acquired Seguin from the Boston Bruins before the 2013-14 season and since the 2010 second overall pick has amassed 304 goals and 383 assists for 687 points in 785 games with Dallas.
