With only two games left before the NHL schedule officially takes a break for the 2026 Winter Olympics, the Detroit Red Wings are going to benefit from the time off.

While not every member of the team will get a much-needed rest, the players who will not be traveling overseas to Milan for Olympic competition can take the time to recharge their bodies and minds.
