Former Detroit Red Wings forward Jonatan Berggren saw his tenure with the organization end earlier this season when he was placed on waivers and claimed by the St. Louis Blues.

He scored in just his second game with St. Louis, and while he hasn’t posted eye-popping numbers, he has found a measure of success.

Through his first 20 games with the Blues, Berggren has recorded five goals and three assists.

Projected over a full 82-game season, that pace would put him at roughly 20 goals and 15 assists—numbers reminiscent of his rookie campaign with Detroit in 2022–23, when he scored 15 goals and added 13 assists in 67 games.

Berggren will be a restricted free agent at the conclusion of the season.
