The Detroit Red Wings are off to a blazing hot start, and so is their star center, Dylan Larkin.
Through six games this season, he's posted five goals, six assists and a +9 rating, making contributions on both sides of the ice. He's undoubtedly been the best player on the team, and a major factor as to why Detroit currently sits atop the Atlantic Division.
His best game came in today's 4-2 win against the Edmonton Oilers, where he totalled two goals, two assists and a +3 rating.
Since entering the league in 2015, Larkin has led the Red Wings in points five times, but has never amassed over 80 in a season. He's currently on pace for over 100 points.
As Detroit looks poised to make the playoffs for the first time since 2015, do you think Larkin is in store for a career year?
