When people name players who are superstars, Aho's name certainly does not get mentioned right from the get-go, and at times, at all. Part of that may be because he plays in Carolina, who have not played in the Stanley Cup. Part of that may be due to Aho's personality, as he is not tremendously boisterous. Whichever is the reason, fans are missing out.
Coming into the season, Aho had posted 283 goals and 348 assists in 677 contests since being drafted in the second round, 35th overall in 2015. He is off to a very strong start, notching eight tallies and 16 helpers in 24 games, not going more than two games in a row without getting onto the scoresheet all season. Realize how good Aho is before it's too late.
