Through four games this season, the Capitals' Logan Thompson and Charlie Lindgren are a combined 4-1-0 and they've allowed just seven goals on 125 shots for a .944 SP.

Thompson has started four of those games, and with each start further cements his status as their No. 1 netminder. Thompson and Lindgren are on track to be the league's best tandem and an early front runner for the Jennings Trophy.

Thompson finished fourth in Vezina voting in 2024-25 and Lindgren received a third-place vote in 2023-24 when he led the league with six shutouts.

Thompson-Lindgren, Demko-Lankinen, Gibson-Talbot, Stolarz-Woll... do the Caps really have the best tandem in hockey?
