THN Florida would like to wish everyone a wonderful holiday and hope that wherever you are, it’s in a good place surrounded by the people and things you love most.
When thinking about the Florida Panthers and being thankful, the past few years should certainly put a smile on the faces of Panthers fans near and far.
You could be thankful for Florida General Manager Bill Zito, who built the Panthers talented and sustainable roster, or take it a step further and offer thanks for owner Vinny Viola and President Matt Caldwell, who ultimately selected and hired Zito.
Perhaps some of the thanks should go to Paul Maurice, the head coach who remained steadfast and positive and never wavered in the belief that his players could achieve great things.
Then there are the players, the worker bees who have put in maximum effort and played their roles to perfection, giving a success-starved fanbase an experience that many had never felt.
The Panthers are a winning team, one of the best in the NHL.
