Need coaching, strategies, game plans,game ajustements etc.and cannott forget the intangibles .leadership,grit, standing up for team ates,will tooo win,other!!!we lackin all round. Hard tooo take, à franchise built for excellence in décades past, currently struggling with médiocrité,,,
